All of the staff were affable, exceptionally nice. It had particularly good location, near to ski rental and ski slopes, center of alpe d'Huez and ski rental shops. I had coffee at Free Ride Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk.

My room was neat and had all the essentials - a microwave for quick meals, the luxury of air conditioning, and a comfy sofa bed for relaxing 😊.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a ski vacation and had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, just 200 meters from the nearest ski lift. The modern and clean interior of the hotel, along with the swimming pool and parking, added to the overall convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The daily maid services were exceptional, and Matis at the reception was extremely helpful. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the necessary kitchen facilities. Ski lockers were provided, and there was even a ski rental shop in the same building. Two supermarkets were conveniently located within a 5-minute walk. excellent value for money with friendly and professional staff.

We had issues with the payment, as they charged the entire balance to my card instead of splitting it as requested. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter, they showed a complete lack of care.
